Non-Returnable Items

- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Since Elena Hikes only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued only in cases where the product is returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item delivery.
- Refunds will not be provided for refusal to accept a correctly shipped and undamaged product.

Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, Elena Hikes will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason not covered under this policy, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
